If a visitor asks for a person, or the assistant finds no answer in your documents, it takes their name, email and request and sends everything to your support address. You reply by email.

AI notice in the chat
Visitors always see they are writing to an AI, as the EU AI Act requires.
Conversations are deleted
After 90 days automatically, adjustable from 30 days to a year. Delete single conversations at once.
You set the tone
House rules like "be formal" or "never quote prices that aren't in the price list" are yours to set.
No speed penalty
The chat loads after your page and does not shift your layout.

What counts as a message?
Every visitor question the assistant answers. The greeting, hand-offs to your team and refused messages don't count.
What happens when the messages are used up?
The chat stays visible, shows your visitors a note and takes requests to you by email. A top-up gets it answering again at once. You get an email at 80% and 100%.
Does it work with my website builder?
Yes, wherever you can paste a line of code: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Jimdo, Webflow, Squarespace and hand-built sites.
Which AI is behind it?
Current language models from major providers that we choose and run. You pay nothing extra and need no account of your own. When a model changes, you only notice better answers.
Which languages does it answer in?
In the language your visitor writes in, even if your documents are only in German.
Can I equip several websites?
Yes, just order another assistant in your account. Each has its own knowledge, allowance and look.
How do I cancel?
In your account with one click, at the end of the paid period. We delete your data 30 days later.
