How it works
From the first conversation to the finished site

Conversation
30 to 45 minutes, at your premises or on the telephone. We establish what you do, which customers you want and what belongs on the site. You see the complete contract with all its terms and take it with you. The appointment is free of charge and non-binding: a contract comes into existence solely by you and us signing the written contract.

Documents
You give us the logo, photos of your work and the company details for the legal notice. Phone photos are fine. Allow 3 to 5 days and about an hour of your time. We write the marketing copy, you approve it. The legal notice and privacy policy we integrate technically; the legal content is provided by you or your lawyer - we do not provide legal advice. Details such as master craftsman status, certificates, guild memberships or awards are only included if you provide us with evidence of them.

Draft and corrections
As a rule within 4 working days of receiving complete documents, your site stands at a preview address, with your pictures and your text. If material is missing the date moves accordingly, and we tell you what is still outstanding. You look at the site at your leisure and we work in your changes. Two rounds of corrections are included.

Go-live
After your approval we register the domain in your name and put the site live, as a rule within a day. SSL and daily backups run from the first day. From the first conversation to this point takes up to four weeks as a rule. Billing starts in the month in which your site goes online, and the minimum term of 24 months also starts at go-live.

The fees your payment provider retains per transaction; you conclude the contract with the payment service provider yourself, and that provider decides whether to accept you
Legal texts for the shop such as the cancellation policy, the model withdrawal form, delivery-cost and unit-price information and shop terms and conditions - these are provided by you or your lawyer, and we integrate them
Minimum term of 24 months from the go-live of your website, that is, from the first month invoiced; until go-live you incur no costs. Because we do not charge for the setup, the term is set at this length. Within the 24 months ordinary termination is not possible and the monthly amounts continue to fall due.
After that the contract continues for an indefinite period and can be cancelled with 3 months' notice to the end of the month. Text form is sufficient, an email is enough. No automatic renewal for a further two years. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected for both sides (Section 314 BGB).
Total over the minimum term: 24 x 99 EUR = 2,376 EUR net (2,827.44 EUR gross at 19% VAT). For the Website + Shop package, 24 x 199 EUR = 4,776 EUR net (5,683.44 EUR gross). The price is fixed for the entire minimum term. The gross figures apply to customers in Germany; for businesses outside Germany with a valid VAT identification number we invoice without German VAT under the reverse-charge procedure.
The offer is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 BGB; the consumer right of withdrawal under Section 312g BGB does not apply here. Billing is monthly in advance by SEPA core direct debit, for the first time in the month of go-live. You grant the SEPA mandate together with the contract; the pre-notification is issued with the invoice at least five days before the debit.
The domain is registered in your name. On request we release it at any time free of charge and hand over the AuthInfo code, including during the term; the release is not tied to any condition. The contract and the monthly amount continue unaffected by this.
The included hour applies per calendar month, expires at the end of the month and is neither carried over nor paid out. Work beyond that we invoice at 75 EUR net per hour; you receive it in advance as a fixed-price quotation, and without your written approval we do not start and charge nothing. On request we conclude a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.
When the contract ends we switch the website off; it is then no longer reachable under your domain. The domain remains yours, as does your content - text, images, logo - which we hand over to you as a data package on request. Template, code and hosting environment are part of the service and are not transferred.

The questions that always come up in the meeting
The contract does not end automatically, it continues on the same terms - same services, same price. From the 25th month you can cancel at any time in any case, with 3 months' notice to the end of the month, in text form, an email is enough. There is no deadline you can miss, and no tacit renewal for a further two years.
