Our customer portal is live: orders, contracts and documents in one place

From today, every client and every partner has their own area with us: the customer portal. Until now a lot ran through emails, PDF attachments and quick messages in between. That works, but you keep looking for the latest version. Now everything is in one place.

For clients

• Ordering without detours. Fixed packages such as the Shopify check are ordered and paid for directly online. For bigger projects, such as a new website, you describe what you need and receive a quote.
• Prepare first, sign in later. You choose, describe your project and see the price and the contract before you need an account. Your details wait until you have signed in.
• The contract comes with it. Every order comes with a contract that is already filled in with your details. You read it before ordering and accept it. After payment you receive it countersigned by us. You can print it at any time, save it as a file and, if you like, upload a signed copy.
• Orders and status. What you ordered, where it stands and what happens next is visible in your account.
• Documents in one place. Contracts, invoices and everything we provide for you are in the Documents area.
• Your team. Invite colleagues, for example your accounts department, each with a suitable role.
• Feedback. The feedback button sends any remark straight to us, whether praise, criticism or an idea.

For partners

Anyone who recommends clients to us now has their own partner area: your personal referral link, clicks, referred orders and commissions at a glance. You read and confirm the partner agreement online; we countersign at once.

Why I built this

I want working with us to be simple, from the first click to the invoice. A contract should not take three emails to finish, and you should never have to search for an attachment. Nothing changes about the personal contact: you still talk to me.

How to start

Existing clients will receive an invitation over the next few days. New clients create their account when they first order; it takes a minute.
